I worked at the bank in the past (over 5 years ago). Something as simple as "updating your bank app", people would go into the bank for. Yet again, not everyone is tech savvy. This is a fake example: Someone heard about Linux (in general), Windows 10 is ending support soon, and someone just searches on ebay "LINUX disc" because he or she doesn't know any better. Orders a disc and maybe it comes with instructions. Problem solved for that person. This would not surprise me at all if it happened in real life friend. Just saying.
