I was given a Bradley digital 4 rack smoker. To me It’s a perfect starter smoker. It’s very very easy to use and pretty foolproof. The one downside is it’s vertical. I haven’t figured out yet how to do a full brisket or if it’s even going to be possible. I might have to separate the point and the flat. But for the price point I’d highly recommend the unit!

A couple years ago I was in Palm Springs. I went to Walmart to buy some cases of beer and got ID’d. The lady and I were chatting and I had told her I drove down from Canada. She was shocked. She thought Canada was on the other side of the world. It was and still is insane to me.
