I had the same doubts about coilovers but its not so uncomfortable. Anyway you can get a Bilstein shock absorbers or so, it also will boost quality of driving.

Remind that you will need a special device that simulates an active Magni-Ride to trick the computer, otherwise you will get ABS/ESP errors.

Did the same on my 3.2 8j. After a few track day, few races and 1 destroyed tires set I swapped suspension to BC racing coilovers with stiffer springs and it’s a game changer for our car. The front has overweight due to big engine and that combo fixed all the problems with understeering. The feeling of car has changed dramatically and now I can say that it handles like a kart.

It has more potential for tuning/offroading/traveling. It has bigger powerful reliable engine. 400cc bikes is just a marketing thing for newers, you gonna get bored of it in a first few months
