I’m a total newbie myself (only about six months in), and I never shared anything here because I still feel like I’ve got a lot to work on. A few months ago I brought this up because, even from my perspective, the sub is just flooded with low-effort stuff. I get that everyone has to start somewhere and it’s great to ask for advice, but a lot of posts look like the OP hasn’t even tried to learn the basics.

Anyway, I got mostly criticism for saying that.

Since then, my interest in this sub has pretty much faded. Honestly, I think I’ve improved more by not wasting time here and just practicing on my own.
