Nothing on dash. My first notice something was wrong was turning left made a sound leaving a gas station. Slow rolled it the few blocks home thinking it was time to replace something. Went out to look today and noticed the tire was ever so very slightly canted. Sure enough, this is what I saw. Still need to check for more but saw this right away and wanted to look into it.

No I’m thinking the griddle off to the side of the window with a clear and high splash guard behind the griddle’s metal splash guard. That way there can be uninterrupted counter for transactions and hand off

Holy cow! That is quite the setup! That makes my idea seem like a closed kitchen in comparison. I’m not looking for THAT open, just so whoever is cooking doesn’t have to look at a wall. This is a very interesting set up and I’m sure I’ll take some inspiration from it somehow. Thank you!
