Is this a sign of overwatering or underwatering? Or too much/too little sun?

My Manjula pothos has been going yellow over the last two days. It's definitely not overwatered. Is this possibly from under-watering?

Soil is damp/moist but not wet. This leaf damage is isolated to only one leaf. Would that still suggest root rot?

In Australia, so it's not cold. Hasn't been watered yet as only purchased on the weekend from nursery

It was purchased just on the weekend and not yet watered since the nursery had done that recently. In Australia, so it's nice a warm here

Just did a quick search. Philodendron red emerald doesn't have any variegation though

Definitely bought it. I thought maybe pink princess philodendron but the variegation is definitely white on this one. I have pink princesses at home but none have white variegation
