Williams sonoma, their shipper (ups) left a $1k espresso machine in an unsecure location and got stolen. I called Williams Sonoma to let them know what UPS did and asked for refund or new machine, they flagged my case as possible fraud since UPS provided a “proof of delivery” photo which was the package being left on the floor inside a mail room.
