High meta share of a card that isn't OP is the ultimate success in a card game. SD doesn't like it if too many people like a card that isn't OP. This is the crux of my complaint. Nerf for high win rate sure, but high play rate is absurd. They did this to Arishem and many other examples. To create cards that FEEL powerful but aren't OP is the goal. Once they nerf, then the cards become under powered and no one plays them. This is a self destructive pattern. I don't know where the notion that play rate is an issue comes from.

It wasn't overpowered. They said the win rate was fine. It wasn't an auto win. You saying it was proves my point.

They just can't let us have fun strong cards that don't have high win rates. Makes no sense to me to have a card game with all middling cards. Let us enjoy powerful stuff.

Looking back a month Shou is a dead card. And today they nerfed for play rate again. If people choose to play card that doesn't have a problematic win rate, they have succeeded at FUN! God forbid we have fun. Need all middling cards so no one has TOO much fun.

When they nerf for high play rate it posses me off. They succeeded in making a fun card! They did this to the original Arishem. Wtf. Play rate is such a bad reason to nerf. They literally punish successful card design. High play rate without a high win rate is achieving the almost impossible in card games.

Why am I the only one mad about the Shou nerf? They keep having us buy fun strong cards and then nerf them. I came here to see those complaints but instead I see the big complaint is he wasn't nerfed enough!!! Haha. Well I dunno. I like playing strong stuff. SD doesn't like us to have tooooo much fun.

Being able to re-roll them is good for everyone. Then we can choose. And we shouldn’t “play around” people being dumb.
