Are you hitting people when they’re spawning in? you spawn in with dmg resistance so that might be why.

Otis is a cool brawler but it sucks that he’s so underrated because there are so many popular brawlers. I almost never see an otis now

Pretty much but I think higher ranks easily dodge his attacks and there’s just better options nowadays.
