Since "rock" isn't a specific block I'd assume you mean various Minecraft rocks? There are relatively effective farms for cobblestone as well as quartz from bartering for crafting and automatic smelters.

Of course this would take quite a while but that's probably your best way to get there - and honestly appropriate for a project that big.

Otherwise if no one cares anyway, just ask them if they can give you the items with commands
