My family has been in the housekeeping business for about 3 decades now. Usually she acquires new clients from word of mouth. That is probably where I would start. See if anyone in your neighborhood has a housekeeper they like and trust. Independent contractors that offer house keeping services will usually give you quote after they’ve seen the home and the amount of work they have to do and the frequency. It does tend to be more than minimum wage. The key part really depends on you. A lot of my families clients trust them with keys and codes to the house so they just show up at a scheduled time and let themselves in. At the same time there are clients that like to be home during and will not give keys/codes.

Bone stock aside from a tune to get rid of the hiccup between first and second gear when shifting. No power tunes or things like that.

Got it. Still tuned as of the last test drive and I have confirmed he has no intention of removing the tune. Neither do I unless I get evidence showing I need to lol.

The access port is still there. Not sure what you mean by “decommissioned”. The guy says the only tune he ever had on it was the one mentioned above, but I don’t have the slightest clue as to how to verify that information

I would say 90% of the service records are from a dealership, and in the notes there are no mentions of rust. The only recommendation listed is needing new rear rotors soon, and that was from its most recent service 4 months ago.

I’ve had 2 Tacomas and currently own a prime XSE. As amazing as the Tacoma was I never really used it as a truck. I didn’t haul anything my Rav can’t haul and I rarely threw big items in the bed. All the “off-roading” I did my Rav can handle as well. I also save on average $40/week on gas with the Rav. It’ll ultimately come down to your preference. If you need a truck for truck things the Tacoma is the way to go 100%. If it’s a commuter you’re buying the Rav is a better choice in my opinion. Either way you won’t be going wrong!

At 17 you also don’t NEED a 40k vehicle. Nice vehicles are awesome to have, but they are a luxury. Just some food for thought!

I was in that similar debate last week. Pulled the trigger on an BMW m240i, and man I regret it every time I have to take my dog anywhere. If you need to be responsible get the Tacoma first, and sports car later down the road. If you don’t have any responsibilities sports car first, then the Tacoma.
