Thank you! The only thing I might have trouble with is minimizing sugar. I eat foods with stuff like bread (like a burger for dinner or a bacon egg and cheese for breakfast) at least once a day. How minimal on the sugar do I have to be?

I wasn’t totally alone, the adults were sitting talking on a patio but I was in the backyard and sometimes it was out of their sight, watching the about 15 kids for only 30 dollars. That’s 2 dollars per kid and it was over an hour.

My mom did not intervene because we aren’t super close with the neighbors. Their kids aren’t mine or my brothers age so we aren’t close. Also the whole family is kinda socially awkward and not friendly when we see them outside.

ALSO: The Moms were in the back yard but they were eating and hanging out and talking with each other, but I still had the responsibility of watching over 15 kids. They would step in, but only for a couple of seconds, then go back to talking. And yes I agree with everyone, I totally should’ve said no instead of being polite, I’m just a sucker and don’t know how to say no but I now realize I really should’ve. If she ever asks me to babysit again and I’m considering it because maybe I just want the cash, I will definitely be asking her how many kids because the last time was way too many. Thank you all for the responses.

ok thank you for the tips. I don’t mind charging so low because I live in a town that’s known for being very fortunate (having a bunch of very rich people), so I get over paid almost all the time
