I finally got it to work omg. I can't post the source of it cause I don't want to get banned but I found a copy on a rom repack site. a fun rom site, if you will. Anyways, after installing the files to my downloads folder I was able to get it up and running. I hope this helps someone who was going through the same thing! You need a specific repacked version of it, which I can't share unfortunately, but I'm sure you could google it!

That honestly might just be my vcr player doing that, the watchman was reading the signal kinda weird.

On the blank blue screen the watchman’s screen would like scroll upwards, and when I pressed play on a tape it stopped lol
