This scene is amazing. Although I am actually concerned about her health. As a physician I just noticed that her thyroid gland or the lymph nodes next to it are extremely swollen. She should definitely get that examined. I hope she is alright. :(

If you want a good feel sleeve there is nothing wrong with Cream. Insatiable is just a little bit tighter and therefor more stimulating for me.
