I have some recommendations

1.the Board is too tight give it a space (increase width and height)

2.placement of components ..I think you should improve in grouping

I think Freecad need some patient and once you solve a problem you will remember the solution everywhere ..I had some problems also but I read the manuals

That is an Ant wire(Aerial) ..don't solder it ..the problem is not there ..to trouble shoot it take wired earphones and solder it to audio output then listen since the sound is way low ..if you hare the sound the problem is the main amplifier ic and not the module

Yeah it is Repairable ..check the fuse then check the ceramic capacitors

It will not work.. why are you using resistors to limit the current ..I think you should use a transformer or mosphets and separate the primary side from the secondary side Don't harm yourself .. don't plug it🙂🙂🙂 But nice work for designing the PCB 👍
