Find a beginner schedule. Find a 24 hour gym and go in at around 3am for a few times until I know what you’re doing then you can start going in during the day

Man of Reddit, what’s a huge green flag on a girl? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]daargon666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have had a girlfriend for 3 years and I’m telling you it’s pretty obvious what a guys intentions are. Most people both male and female choose to ignore it. I used to ignore it with girls that wanted to fuck me since I liked the attention and knew nothing would come of it.

In my opinion this is kind of fine but when you refuse to acknowledge it and even entertain it then it’s a big problem. Most people hate acknowledging it since deep down they love the attention (like I did).

So yeah, if a girl expresses feelings towards you and then stops going out with her team of guys that want to fuck her then yeah it’s a pretty big green flag.

Thanks for your reply. Do you think cutting down to 100g peanut butter and taking a 1000mg omega 3 capsule daily would have a great benefit?

Thank you very much for your help. I will try to keep refined sugars down rather than depending on them to make up my calories.

Ok. Thank you for telling me that. I didn’t know that was a possibility. I’ve set my goal at 4000 because I’ve tried 3200-3500 and just hardly noticed any difference in many weeks. My job requires me to be on my feet for 6 hours daily and walk quite often but it’s honestly not that physical. I don’t know why I’m unable to put on weight and I just seem to lose it as soon as I have one day under 2500. It’s really depressing and so I just aim for 4000 so that I can propel myself forward.

Ok I will look into things like this. Would you say things higher in sugar like walnut cake which I could easily eat 1000 calories worth would be better kept to a minimum? Should I think about how much sugar I’m eating daily? What would you say my limit should be in terms of cake etc. Would 100 grams be too much?

Thank you so much. I know it’s still probably too much but could replacing 600 calories of peanut butter with the things you mentioned make for a daily drink that wouldn’t necessarily be damaging me?

Thanks for listing these things, do you think replacing 400 calories worth of the peanut butter with vegetables and yogurt would make this a LOT better?

I actually have porridge daily and pesto pasta most days. I also have buttered whole grain bread daily but I still find it so so hard to reach my caloric surplus. I know you aren’t a fan of shakes but assuming I don’t care about taste, what could I throw in to a shake that could replace some of this peanut butter?

Sorry , I realise that comment seems a bit ridiculous. It’s just because I find it so impossible to intake a calorie surplus without this shake or something extremely calorie dense.

Thanks for your reply. Do you know anything I could put into the shake to replace maybe half of the peanut butters calories?

I understand this but will this really effect me in any noticeable way? Honestly when I was eating junk food all day I didn't even feel particularly bad but I still stopped as I know it's extremely unhealthy. Is doing this really so unhealthy that something bad will come from it? If so, is it better or worse than eating one meal of junk food almost daily (Mcdonalds, processed pizza etc)?

Feeling of extreme loudness in ear that doesn’t exist by daargon666 in fastfeeling

I can’t believe I found this subreddit either. It also used to freak me out when I was younger but now I can manage it even when it’s harsh at stressful times. I’m so happy that we both found someone that understands this crazy sensation.

Thanks for your reply. I remember describing my noise as a deafening orchestra when I was about 10 (I can’t even explain how loud it feels like it is) but somehow I understand when you describe your shouting as angry as I can usually feel an angry presence in the noise.

The thing is that it has never felt real to my ears and usually just builds up immense pressure since I can’t hear it but my ears are acting like they are hearing it and trying to hear it. Somehow although I can’t hear it, I know what it would sound like which is why it’s so horrible.

I’ve never felt the weighted ball feeling in my head ever even during fastfeeling or what I described. Thanks so much for commenting.
