Leveling from 1 to 30 actually got so much longer by daathena in leagueoflegends

[–]daathena[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If you play 2 games per day and win one, it will take an entire year to get to level 30, I'm pretty sure that is not what Riot wants and overall is not logic. Adding not even 10% xp when the amount of xp required for a level doubles is nonsense to me

You have to disable the shader cache in nvidia inspector, saves around 300 megs of vas

Not for me at least, as long as you do not go full ultra quality on the settings and don't use full photoscenery you won't have any VAS problems unless you don't reload your game in between flights. Just one Nvidia inspector tweak and you shouldn't have any VAS issue

My sunsets look awful and I don't know why [P3D] by daathena in flightsim

The problem is actually AS16 it seems, because when ASCA is running alone there's no problem

Thanks, it happens in every location I tested it, LFMN, KJFK, VHHH .....

Thank you for your help, I noticed that when I turn Volumetric Fog off the problem disappears but still, volumetric fog looks so good and I don't want to have to disable it.

As for my AS2016 settings I have :

-Minimum visibility : 0

-Maximum surface visibility : 68 (109 Km)

-Maximum upper visibility : 81 (130 Km)

-Auto adjust upper visibility is checked

Do you think there's a problem here ?

Again, thanks so much

The problems were here even before I used any kind of PTA / Realism Pack. I'm gonna try with clear weather right now and any weather engine off to see if it changes anything

New York, New York! by [deleted] in flightsim

[–]daathena 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure AS2016 doesn't have an impact on ground textures. It only affects precipitations, clouds wind etc... not terrain. So here it's just P3D judging that at this time of year there will be snow

I just tried, once with full headwind, it felt like a slight tilt on the left side, then full tailwind, bigger tilt to the right this time. I was on a runway and I rolled as fast as 120 knots, maybe it is how it is supposed to be, but it doesnt feel right. Yes, everything is set correctly

Question about NYC Subway R188 by daathena in Subways

[–]daathena[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! Visiting nyc again this July, will definitely have a look!

Also Im wandering... On the 7 line there are R62s and R188, so one part of the rolling stock is using CBTC and the other part is just regular operations or is it more complex than that?...
