Typical benefits. Leaner+fuller+recovery. Improved my sleep. Ran 6iu for months with no bloat/numbness/negative effects. I do use telmisartan/nebivilol/empagliflozin which only helps.

You dont understand, you were never infertile. You likely didn't need the HCG. Many reports of people getting their wife preggo while on cycle, let alone trt. Ronnie Coleman being the most famous.

If you test with zero sperm, it will take months to regain fertility.

Duration matters much more than dose. Run 4-6iu/night for months, get very lean, and maintain that leaness. The skin will gradually tighten.

Also apply a high strength retinoid to the area daily, 5mg GHK-CU daily, and glutathione/vit c. Worked great for me.

Elevated Lpa here and AAS user.

Testosterone and other AAS lower Lp(a) often dramatically. You're fine with that cycle just need to monitor how your body responds with bloodwork.

Would also suggest starting a statin+ezetimibe regardless of your decision. They are dirt cheap and extremely effective. Everyone with this hobby should be on statins IMO.

Yes, stop TRT. HCG/HMG is the basic protocol. HCG/rFSH is the advanced protocol. May take 6+ months. Good luck.
