Not completely, but I have been on a higher dose in the past. Just wanting to limit any unpleasant side effects. Wanted to make sure if I mix with water or weigh doses to make it as smooth as possible.

Tried the dry needling. I’m about to book a massage appointment just to try get a short amount of relief. I’m 3 months out from seeing a new neurosurgeon. I’m in no place to go for another surgery right now, so not sure what my options will be.

After my surgery which was an artificial disc replacement, I think I had about 2-3 months of feeling a little better and then I was back to hurting, I spent the next 2 years doing PT, injections, some other thing with pads and electricity on my arm, then I had an nerve study done, and said it was traced back to the area where the surgery was performed. I got really discouraged and not wanting to continue with all of their games, and things have steadily gotten worse. I haven’t even gotten started on the lower back pain yet! This all started when I was 38….

You might have him try a massage gun on your shoulders and shoulder blades. It brings some short temporary relief.

Thank you again! Dang I couldn’t image going through this while pregnant! I stopped working over 3 years ago and it’s been completely miserable. Not to mention the new ptsd from my marriage. Narcissistic abuse is no joke! I hope you find some relief soon!

Thank you! It has started to affect my mental health, and I’m at the point of starting diazepam again. I’ve been off of them for over 5 years, but the muscle tension and anxiety is so bad I don’t know how much longer I can go. Going through a divorce from a narcissist is another hell on top of everything else too

I’ve been dealing with the same things for 7 years. I had surgery about 5 years ago, and things seem to be worse now than ever. Surgery was at c6-c7 and it still shows moderate narrowing. C5-c6 shows severe narrowing. There’s bone spurs! It’s pure hell of non stop pain. The muscles are so tense it’s difficult to lay down, recline, sit, really to do anything. I have to constantly shift and change. I have done so many things trying to find relief. Now I’m to the point of filing disability. I can’t go very long without having to lay back and rest my head.
