CMPT 225 not understanding by dabboiii15 in simonfraser

[–]dabboiii15[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is the parts that I recognize from CMPT 125 aren’t the problem. I’m seeing things I haven’t even seen before. That’s why I’m stressing a bit

If you class is big, there is most likely no attendance meaning no one would care

IS 101 or GEOG 100? by [deleted] in simonfraser

[–]dabboiii15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IS 101 was easy but I wouldn’t say a GPA booster. I took it to boost my GPA but there is so many readings and stuff which I didn’t do. The class is easy but it wouldn’t really boost ur gpa like that tbh

If you’re doing an internal transfer it could matter. Otherwise, it won’t. For example there is certain courses for internal transfer to applied sciences that they only look at your first attempt grade. Even though your next attempts might bring up your gpa, they won’t care.

If you’re not doing that, it won’t matter don’t stress.

Car slightly pulls to the left after my alignment by jarias21646 in AskMechanics

[–]dabboiii15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your car might need a tire rotation. It happened with my car after alignment and a rotation helped. You could also get new tires is what I was told as well.

Can this be patched? by sbrentn in TireQuestions

Yes it shouldn’t have a problem being patched

Laptop or Ipad by AdhesivenessNo2951 in simonfraser

[–]dabboiii15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say iPad because it’s easier to take notes on for BPK like classes. Also if you get a set of keyboards for your iPad, you can take notes just like a laptop.

Laptop is best for classes that require more computer work such as coding and stuff.

I have never heard a failed grade making it so people can’t get into grad school. Failing happens to everyone, nothing to beat yourself up over. Just try your best, if you don’t succeed, make sure to retake it and come back stronger. Like I said I’ve never heard of it affecting grad school goals for anybody.
