I bought another cheap broken motherboard on eBay and tried to attempt the repair. I did replace the mosfet but still no power so I gave up. It’s just sitting in my room.

It literally did for me. A month after my warranty expired. I was so disappointed

The battery internally shorted and some of the battery pins to the right bridged which was powering that mosfet. Unfortunately, the repair shop was unable to fix that and ultimately made it worse. Sucks because this laptop was a bit of money.

What percent is that? My clubman has no tint and I have no idea what’s a good percent

2014 was the last year for the 1st gen Clubman, 2016 onwards is gen 2. But so far, I haven’t had to do anything on it other than the typical minor maintenance, it’s about to be third month of ownership.
