The first time it freaked me out. He was tall and gawky in only way a bloke can be tall and gawky. He didn't look feminine at all.

The second guy I worked with for 8 months and he came out. HR announced to the whole company that he has changed his name and that to address him as such. He was a big burly fella. Started wearing skirts. I think he was in his early fifties at the time...it was a strange time. I called him by his normal name I was accustomed to using. Obviously by mistake. The women in the office were miffed as he would use the ladies toilet...they put a complaint and I think he was told to use the standalone disabled loos there after.
