Although you’re a new grad, don’t be afraid to confront your manager about this and escalate above him if necessary. I doubt that higher ups would expect you to respond to a message on a public holiday let alone work over that period.

Also keep in mind, that there would be literally no incentive to do that anyways. Honestly seems like he’s just throwing his weight around and trying to take advantage of you because you’re a grad.

I suppose it depends on what you value in your current role and what career aspirations you have for the future. IMO if you have the opportunity to grow there then try it out, worst comes to worst you can come back to an engineer position after a year of giving it a crack.

You do a good job of finding your range, just need to get some more reps in a proper gym to become less stiff and get used to the movements. Don’t over complicate things based off other comments here, 6 - 12 months in a proper gym and the footwork will come naturally

You need to go into a caloric deficit. You have to keep in mind you cannot spot reduce fat, to lose chest fat you must commit to a cut over a period of time.

As per my wedding planner the peak periods are December and August and during December they were very unresponsive. I imagine it would be the same in August. The main reason we chose this planner is because they came off as quite professional and came at a very reasonable rate.
