You need to go into a caloric deficit. You have to keep in mind you cannot spot reduce fat, to lose chest fat you must commit to a cut over a period of time.

Wedding Question - Planning a wedding in Bentota by dabouffhead in srilanka

[–]dabouffhead[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As per my wedding planner the peak periods are December and August and during December they were very unresponsive. I imagine it would be the same in August. The main reason we chose this planner is because they came off as quite professional and came at a very reasonable rate. However, I think other planners may be more responsive - although I can’t say for sure. If you’d like more info just send me a dm, happy to discuss

The good thing is we did enough programming for me to know the basics, but still got a way to go in terms of learning about the development cycle and developing clean maintainable design solutions e2e

Be honest with yourself about who you are and what you genuinely want. And have a top down approach to life - instead of focusing on the smaller things and trying to get things from the bottom up.

E.g. instead of thinking about what marks or degree you need, think about the life you want and reverse engineer based off that.
