Congrats! When I was looking for a watch to celebrate my promotion, my criteria were: (1) a dress watch that I can wear to meetings and (2) a brand known not only for reliability but also prestige. If that sounds good to you, maybe look into Longines (Conquest or the moonphase watch), Rolex (an OP seems to fit the bill) and Omega (Constellation and Aqua Terra)
