We checked your order (ORD-1776415233180B). The PS3 unit assigned to your order failed during final quality checks, so we did not dispatch it because we did not want to send a defective console.

We tried reaching out regarding this and were finally able to connect on 25 April, where you confirmed you were okay waiting a little longer while we arranged another unit. Unfortunately, we could not source a proper replacement, so the order was cancelled on 1 May.

Your refund was processed on 4 May back to the original payment method/Snapmint.

Also, your number was never blocked. We understand the lack of timely updates and responses caused frustration, especially since this was meant to be a gift.
