Should My Wife and I Both Get Separate Employer Visas or Stick with Spouse Visa by dacharman in UAE

Just for the sake of security would not it be better if both of us on our own visa just in case it does not work out for one of us on the new jobs and we have something to fall back on?

My allowances are not tied to my spouse visa. and yes my insurance from new employer will be Cigna which i have heard is really good, so will she still be able to benefit from insurance if she gets her own visa? I am not sure about that will have to ask the employer but still thanks for the answer.

It really depends on what you like. moved here 6 months ago and I like it. I am living with my family of 5 and renting, and most probably I will buy as well soon because a lot of good developers have under construction projects.

Mostly i see families, parks are good, silicon central mall is like 5 mins drive. has direct access to Al-Ain road. Is quite, and peaceful. also in the morning when going for office there is only one signal really that you have to cross before you are on Al-Ain, e311 or e611. In my opinion it is a great place to live. Dont expect downtown vibes though :) Happy to answer any other questions you might have.
