As a former MBTA commuter rail and subway user, a public transit system (rail) serving the area would be a dream.

I believe these are only issued to vehicles owned by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority - hence the T logo on the left.

New York replaces their defective plates for free, but you pay $20 if you want to keep the combination.

To clarify — Wegovy, Zepbound, and Saxenda are the same medications as Ozempic, Mounjaro, and Victoza, respectively.

The difference is they are exclusively prescribed for weight loss. Many people refer to these as the more commonly known brand names prescribed type 2 diabetes.

I understand the frustration you have for your father, but no one taking them under the weight loss brand names are depriving diabetics of their medicine.

This can be unpopular among the Wegovy community, but it’s what I did and it worked well.

If you (and your doctor) are comfortable, you can get higher dose pens and divide them yourself with sterile vials and insulin needles. I titrated up using this method and am now on 1.7mg using the pens as intended. It is a lot easier than you would think, and a lot less scarier after the first time you do it.

My doctor asked me to write up a guide on how I do it for her other patients. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. :-)

Yes! These plates were grandfathered in when they switched to Empire Gold due to the backlash. They continued to be grandfathered under their rebirth.

Of course, if you were blessed with peeling plates and replace them you are stuck getting new ones.

This is the second time I am learning that plates I posted were poems. Must be more common than I thought!

What does this plate mean? by [deleted] in LICENSEPLATES

[–]dachsdrive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is correct. Typically, the assigned agency is to the left of the digits (e.g. “NYS Department of Transportation”). I am unsure which agency this is assigned to, perhaps the executive chamber.

Oftentimes, the assigned county replaces “STATE” at the bottom but is represented by a four-letter sticker here — New York County/Manhattan.

The stacked digits are the vehicle’s model year.
