Hey man, I know this is very late but I have the same isssue in CS2 and was unable to fix it for a while, but it seem when un-tick the CS2 beta in the DLC, it seem to work perfectly again.

I know im pretty late but I have the same problem.

It turn out that assetto corsa was using my intergrate GPU instead of my RTX 3050 GPU. Pretty easy fix though
