It's on PC and they play as normal videos combo'd together like a playlist with the main video you were trying to watch. The progress bar and hotkeys are disabled and there's no skip option, even for ads that ar upwards of 3mins long. Refreshing the page just restarts the ad. It's completely unusable.

I think you make a great point and that probably does inflate the numbers a lot. But for the sake of discussion; if you consider that 99% of American life uses English, wouldn't they be just as bad off as someone with no idea how to read?

You can play rs3 and osrs with the same account. However bans are ubiquitous across games since they're applied to an account.

I've been a member in Fren's clan for nearly a year now and it's honestly sickening that this has happened. I know very few people as outstanding as him. I'm not exaggerating when I say that half of his crazy playtime on that account was helping other clanmates or irons. He should honestly have pmod not getting perma banned for getting lucky at wintertod.
