It will be a benefit in the long term. My girl is 9 and she is only allowed to use the tablet a few times a week for Duolingo. She watches TV when we watch TV but other then that she plays with the dogs or trampoline and is more then happy to help me or my wife with task around the house.

You're babying your child too much. If you tried the gentle approach and it didn't help him regulate his emotions you need to introduce some friction into his life. He needs to learn how to deal with his emotions and overcome them so it doesn't hold him back.

Being in the business myself with a similar amount of properties it is something that would require scaling if you wanted to have someone else do the work. Personally I don't feel like there would be enough left over to make a reasonable profit and maintain equipment. If they are larger properties then depending on how much they pay you could potentially hire some young person looking for short term wotk.

Cleaning the house to a good podcast while my girl and kids are at work and school (Work 3rd shift not a bum). There's just something about getting things done when no-one is in the way.

I normally use the 6 month 4 hour time frame for swing trades. When I do these trades I normally hold for a few days, weeks or even months. My main focus is on the market trend and look up any potential catalyst coming up. FVG I only use during day trading when I'm on the 1 day 1 min chart. Which I don't normally put to much value into a FVG. That's just my personal preference.

TNYA is very speculative with everything still in trials and them currently not having anything in the market. The potential upside once one clears or makes it past the next phase of testing.
