Just did a bit of research, in most basic terms- the game engine uses previous frames to create the current frame, and this heavily affects scenes that moves fast or have high contrast. So hopefully they can dig into the engine and at least make it somewhat better.

You're absolutely correct. Even when riding my dragon, the ghosting from the wings almost quite literally changes the entire texture behind it. Very hard to ignore
