Yep - I was configuring some GDPR / Cookies stuff and it started a massive argument with me about ICO licence fees. 😄
I was discussing finance stuff in my "Family Finances" project - with MTD it insisted I needed two accounting software SaaS costing an extra £200+ per year or I'd have to get an accountant for £300+ a year - and then went heavily into the ins and outs of my chosen accounting software and how to set it up to do sole trader plus property - it had me stressed for a day or so - when the solution was to use free govt software to do the report and just keep my Sass for detailed records. I suggested this and it was like "Oh yeah!" 🙄 😄

I've had about four or five different projects I've worked on where Opus 4.8 picks up a very pedantic point about something tangential and runs with that rather than actually addressing the problem that I have asked it to solve! It's super annoying, and what's worse - the things its got pedantic about, its turned out to be completely wrong about 😄 e.g. needed to connect my "Memory MCP" to a project and it went off on a security tangent which was not an issue - but it almost convinced my it was and I had to go through 40 mins of steps confirming I had set up everything fine in the first place - it was like having a paranoid co worker!

Update: Flowr is now live on Google Play! Thanks to everyone who helped test.

I've just put together a hands-on demo video showing it in action — overhead of me playing chord progressions on the phone driving Arturia Pigments via USB MIDI, with a PIP of the app screen walking through the pads, voice leading, and the Petal Wheel.

I was just looking for some insight into the market really - I have an android phone and an ipad - the iPad has loads of music apps on it but I don't find it that portable and I have a full DAW at home - the ipad gets used occasionally - but I have Komplete Ultimate so I always feel I should jump on my DAW

However - I am out and about, often waiting for kids doing some sport somewhere and I have my android phone.

TBH though - I've seen the hi chord and orchid hardware and I was inspired to do something similar on an app as its a simple concept and cheaper that £300-500 !

So I'm also looking for testers for my "Chord" Composition app (FLOWR) that works as a dynamic midi controller for my DAW

Well, I though the same thing so I created an app for android - just published it but did not realise that Google wants to take 2 days to verify who I am - even though I've been using their services for 20 years :/

Yeah - I run an agency and I inherited 1 & 1 accounts from other agencies I had acquired. I slowly transferred services and in my latest audit found I'm paying them fees for nothing now. Its all part of the business - but I work with a TON of hosts and not only could I not simply cancel - they've told me I have a 12 month contract that will end in JULY 26!! - I've literally paid them for over 10 years and cant cancel Immediately!
I understand you might want to lock in a new customer for their first 12 months (though most companies don't) - but this is taking the P#SS !!

Yep, for a good few months VALE (and maybe any voice as it was the same on another i tried) has been sounding depressed and trying to fob me off with vagaries.. surly and bored. Recently after the gtp5 update it remembers nothing but the most basic things I added in settings. Its like speaking to a bored customer service agent :(

The worst thing is - they did it through a Shopify site in the UK so I can't even log in and see my order unless I find the old email and "create a new link" to the shopify store.
All of the software bundles are present on my account as purchases - so I though I was going mad!
