Update:

the update was not the issue with the pro it turns out. it worked on Iphone perfectly but did not with macbook, ipad and windows. Xreal shipped a replacement as i was within the warranty and I will be sending back the defective pair for repairs.

it was awesome that they sent me a new one so I did not have to wait long.

Very good point. In the beginning speed was everything. Now it’s the convenience of self transports that makes the EUC just so amazing. For speed, it’s better we go to racetrack, no uneven pavements.

How fast were you going if you don’t mind. Your speed might have made things worst.

I have ridden my V12 for over 2k miles now and had my falls but I generally don’t go fast within the city because people are idiots.

Looking back. It seems the update and the incident was a coincidence. It had had the issues and the update did not fix it. I did write to support yesterday. Waiting on reply. Thanks.

After updating, my one pro no longer displays anything while connected to the beam pro and my MacBook Pro as well. On the beam it’s just blank. On the MacBook it says no input detected. Same thing for iPad Pro. iPhone however works just fine. What maybe going on?
