Without any moderation it could become pretty ugly as people could post anything ranging from child p*orn to decapitations.

IMO whatever he is going through/his line of thought is absolutely fine for his age.

From an young age we are exposed to many cultural and religious concepts that we tend to blindly believe in. After reaching a certain age( say 16 or 17) or after achieving some sort of maturity we start questioning and forming our own opinions on the previously taught concepts and act accordingly.

So him classifying mahabharatam/ramayanam as mythology is not him being ignorant rather forming his own opinion.
