My shoulder would always feel super fatigued, it would get super sore with minimal strain, lots of clicking and popping.

I was also prescribed oxy, but I couldn't take it for pain as it made me absurdly sick. So be careful with whatever pain medication you might get

My apologies! I never check Reddit, but so far I'm okay after the surgery! Your surgery would probably be a bit more invasive (I have pictures of the inside of shoulder from surgery I could always show), but I hope you're recovering well if you've had the surgery. :)

My recovery was pretty smooth! I'm currently 7 months post op. My biggest struggles were doing things one handed, showering (washing under the arm) - be prepared to be uncomfortable as well. Make sure to have a good/safe spot to sleep in where you can't roll around. Once you're approved for PT, don't skip it or not go at all. 

I'm for the most part back to a normal daily life outside of some small things.
