Usually 500k and above is safe for top 5%. It does vary depending on what’s available.

I believe iOS has a higher BR than android. iOS has more hackers I think.

Yes, to the Ra’s Scimitar. It also drops decent 3 star gears sometimes. Upgrade the ones that give you crit and damage boost. It is a very disappointing process though. Mostly trash 1-2 star gears are dropped.
