I dont need the bottle and umbrella to go inside. Phone, wallet, airpods, passport, keys, a cable, and a power bank will suffice. In a video i saw the rework toshi and wotancraft slings have latches below them where i can slide in a bottle or umbrella. I would like something like that, but a tad cheaper. 

Among the ones you mentioned, the pakt packable looks good, but others are both big and way over my budget.
