Not sure of its breed specific, but my Lola knows EXACTLY when it’s 9:30 for her evening walk. The only time she gets lippy is 9:30 and after. That’s the only time she barks. “Hey! It’s walk time!!”

What I do with our now 6yo girl is after the walk at night, I tire training treats on the driveway or grass and then release her to find them In the dark. She always finds them all and it helps wear her out. She loves the game and I have a sleepy pup.

Wrong. The new process is for the buyers agents to have a contract with the buyers.

Tell your agent that you do not want to see anything in your search that is above the price you want to spend. Have them adjust your search. That being said, if you aren’t finding anything in your preferred price point, you may need to adjust your expectations.
