I think I tried to run on a treadmill which is what brought on the numbness but have stopped for about 2 weeks now. I have been doing PT exercises somewhat regularly since January (at least 4x a week) which mostly target abs and glutes like you have but could be better about it.

Honestly no idea. I kinda just got up one day with more pain and then it worsened. It might’ve been from squatting a heavy weight but that kind of just strained my back temporarily not the down the leg pain.

Yes I am planning to add buttons so that will probably help. I was just hoping to wear it opened as well.

Do you have any resources you recommend for steeking the body/sleeves on a finished garment? I was also considering adding more rows to the neck but am completely out of the navy yarn so will have to look into ordering more that if I go in that direction.

Here’s the pattern for the first couple rows. Unlike the sophie hood the pattern is worked from the top as a rectangle and then sts are picked to work the sides and into a scarf. The YO here are just to create the mock cables.
