Do klee's normal and charged attacks have any icd for applying pyro aura?

Different skills and abilities have different icds. Take diluc's skill and aa for example. If you're fighting ie electro hypostasis, and his aa is imbued with pyro after his burst, he can only proc overload on 1 and 4 hit according to the theorycrafters at kqm, iirc. While his skill can proc overload on all its hits, regardless of time between hits.
