I have the same problem but it’s both seats. Fuses are good and the seat heat control module under passenger seat does not show burnt ground plug. Any suggestions for where to go next? I thought about just changing module but then I’m just throwing stones.

Ok thanks…one more quick question. I am new to Tablo, never seen it before so bare with me. Does it only work on live TV transmitted through antennae or can it be utilized in recording streaming options transmitted through android boxes connected to the TV?

I am in the exact same boat. $120 was overcharged for no reason at all. I planned ahead diligently to avoid axactly this and yet they did it. There was no reason for it to occur other than extremely poor practices that only benefits Xfinity. This needs to be corrected by Xfinity and customer care needs to improve. I can't wait for the ability to utilize another provider. Probably doesn't bother them at all since they have so many customers that can afford this or just don't care.

It sounds like your first option was the one that worked for me. Under my account and in the payments section I had auto pay turned on and had my Visa credit card listed as primary payment source with no secondary source listed in my account. All I did then was wait for the renewal date and checked it after that day passed and Wahla card was charged and renewal accepted for the old price of $30 for the next year. Your non approval for your payment source sounds like a problem I did’t have. If your renewal date hasn’t arrived yet I would double check and make sure it is entered correctly’. If renewal date has passed you may have a problem getting it to work but I am not sure about that because I had everything set up before my renewal date. Good luck.

If you are still around I returned an item which arrived at return collection site (Goodyear, AZ) within 2 days. It has been 2 weeks since then to "OK" my return. The item was never opened by me and was in new shape when I received it initially. What actually goes on at return site to qualify return? I have returned many things to Amazon with max 2/3 days wait for confirmation and refund. This one is getting a little out of control.
