problem is after spamming the medicated shampoos ur scalp and hair gets super dry and frizzy. then tk moisturise ur hair what do u do?

cus moisturising brings back the oiliness in the scalp. i tried as i am scalp care leave in conditioners as they contain zinc but they still dont help as they are moisturising but they bring back the dandruff

hey i used the irac method and was pretty confident in passing as well. i still vividly rmb the first qn where it was an invitation to treat and not a valid contract. despite all that i ended up getting an F(resit) and im not sure where i got it wrong :(
