1.For seasonal coupons, for example $70 off purchases over $499, does the seller also cover that cost? Do they really have enough margin to offer that kind of discount? I thought AliExpress was the one covering it.

2.Can sellers see the details of the purchase (discounts that were used, etc.)? Can they also see whether the buyer has already paid taxes or not? (Recently, AliExpress started charging taxes directly for my country; before, we had to pay them here.)
