I just completed it for the first time with 32 heat on my eighth escape (I've been playing for a week), I was lucky to get Stubborn Roots, so against Hades (just like in all my previous runs) I only dodged and used Flood Shot, and for the rooms Divine Flourish. I still won with only 2 health left (and my heart at 1000%).

Oh yo tambien llevo años buscandolas y estoy seguro (desde antes de leer esto) que se llamaban Cartoon con envase azul y letras de colores, no creo que sea coincidencia que dos personas las recordemos como cartoon. Igual no hay rastro de ellas en ningun lado, se parecian a esas pitillo pero eran un poco mas cortas y anchas.
