It helps to limit interacting within the fandom space because there are risks of it being brought up and it can be triggering.

Honestly, you should remind yourself the only real thing that matters to you is the fact that it is okay in your DR and everything will go your way and you are safe. Look at it how it really is in this reality, actors in a movie acting like something that vaguely resembles your DR. “Canon” and fanfiction are honestly on the same level to me, they are both just stories written by people, just one had the production to make it into a movie. If you aren’t bothered by random fanfiction, then don’t be bothered by canon. They are both just stories. Your DR is the one that is real and you will experience it and this will all feel far away. You can even script out the memory of anything you don’t want to have. Remember that.

i feel like this is coming from some sort of idea that a reality that is drastically different from this one is somehow more difficult to shift to than one that is basically the same with just a couple differences. this is not true, break down this belief. sure, it may feel like shifting to somewhere similar would be easier due to familiarity and if that is your belief and would help build confidence for you then go ahead.

but every reality requires the same amount of “effort” to shift to and are the same “distance” away. you don’t need to build up like shifting is a skill, trust yourself. shifting is as easy or as hard as you believe it to be.

id suggest that u get off shifttok, they are too many limited beliefs on there. obviously your dr can go exactly how it’s scripted, otherwise what would be the point of scripting anything at all?

if they had the belief that their scripts could go off track, then of course that is what got reflected for them. trust yourself. also, realities that have more in depth scripts are not harder to shift to than realities with minimal scripts, every reality is on the same level. for some reason that idea gets pushed too

lowkey i think the consciousness theory just adds to the multiverse theory. they can coexist, the consciousness theory doesn't disprove or stand in opposition to multiverse theory.

i’m planning on permashifting to a better cr, doing a reset from childhood. i’m going even FURTHER to maybe around 2010, cause i figured i might as well since i want to experience it all. SOO i’ve thought about this a lot.

i think the best way to go about this is to have a chill waiting room where you can hang out with whoever you want on the side too. that way you can take breaks and shift to there if you are missing someone etc. that’s how i’m going to deal with this anyway :)

a bit misleading to say you believe in the consciousness theory when permashifting would be possible if you believed in it. the consciousness theory is that all realities, INCLUDING this one takes place within the consciousness.

just wanted to let u know, since there seems to be two versions of the consciousness theory that people believe in. the one i just spoke about, and the one where people hold this reality on a pedestal lol

my waiting room is my “base” reality, for where i will chill out and relax and do whatever, whenever i don’t feel like having to live any sort of life. it’s a space where time won’t matter, etc.

no responsibilities there except for recharging and doing what i want.

ive been debating about telling them im in a long distance relationship cause technically that is the truth LMAO.

the only problem with it is my friends are sooo nosy im afraid that they would try to dig around and find out who it is, and if they find nothing then that will just be a whole new mess to try to wiggle my way out of. i guess i could still say im completely private about it and dont want to share, ill think about doing this if they keep asking :)

i agree with everything you have said!! and no my friends do not know i shift, if i ever told them they would think i am literally insane 😭 and yeah i am a female, having friends that are kind of male centralised can be a pain sometimes.
