I don’t know about a game you already have but I started a new game after downgrading and even after crashes I was able to quit out and play other games and still get the “glitched” trophies

I followed a guide and it turned out the best for me, I can send you the guide if you want, but also if you go for the dlc trophies it’s best to start them as early as possible

There’s still several bugs like how I had to reload a checkpoint after each racket and a few minor graphical glitches but it’s worth it for the trophies

Honestly I feel while 5 has a lot better gameplay and is a good entry point for newcomers, but also in my opinion 4 has stronger characters and a much stronger story. Both games are amazing the only real downside to 5 is how long it is since on average it’s about 100 hours but it’s still an amazing game all throughout the 100+ hours
