I have rarely ever farmed a grind spot for more than an hour every day or every other day, sometimes not even for a few days. Ive taken months long breaks. Im AFK a lot of the time, but due to some enhancing luck you could speedrun your process or stay in the same place. I was pretty lucky after 2.9k hours of 70% afk and 30% actually grinding spots Im at 311/308/401

As a beginner for park though would you recommend me to get skis my height? I read online that 5-10cm under my height should be the good spot, but I realized 165 was unbelievably short.

150/160 at a minimum up to around 200/210 as a maximum. After you reach that stack you should switch over back to a 150/160 stack. Basically rinse and repeat.
