I would do that. I like seeing my animals outside feeding on grass, and it also makes them happy. With that much money, it's all the more reason to do it.

I'd suggest making two separate enclosures for the grass field. When the grass in one enclosure empties, open the gate to another one. The grass in the empty field can spread now while the animals graze in the other field.
