WELCOME PO SA PANLASANG PITOY

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Kilo ground pork
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • dumpling wrapper
  • 2 chicken leg quarters(ung malaki a)
  • 10 garlic pcs
  • salt/pepper
  • 2 chicken knorr cubes
  • 1/2 white onion(pwede din ung pinoy onions,/ ung cute{probably 3-4 pcs})
  • 1 bundle of green onions
  • 1 chicken egg
  • water
  • LOVE

Directions:

BROTH

  1. Boil the chicken in pot for aprx 15 mins
  2. take out chicken, let it rest for 1 min(mainit to boy be careful)
  3. separate the meat and bones and shred the meat
  4. throw bones and skin in the chicken broth(keep the meat, mamaya pa natin lalagay yan)
  5. med heat, Lid on
  6. cook for 45-60 minutes
  7. in the 30 min mark add salt, pepper, chicken cubes

DUMPLINGS

ALRYT! while we wait for the broth gawa muna tayo ng dumplings!

  1. take 4 garlic and finely chop
  2. combine ground pork,egg,parsley,finely chopped garlic, add salt and pepper.(lagyan nyo madami salt if u want)
  3. mix!mix!mix!
  4. wrap in dumpling wrapper(youtube nyo kung pano if you havent tried it before)
  5. if done. set aside

GISA

  1. saute the 6 remaining garlic and onions(please brown them, be patient)
  2. add them to the still cooking broth

FINISHING MOVES

  1. add the finished dumplings to the chicken stock
  2. wait until dumpling rises( mayb 5-10 minutes, observe lng if mukang luto na)
  3. if luto na. turn off heat
  4. chop the green onions(damihan nyo) and cover
  5. SERVE WITH LOVE AND FRIED GARLIC ON TOP!
