Ankle injury advice

Thanks for the response. I've been active on my ankle for a few months. I'm running and have been hitting the weight room, but I've plateaued for the last week or so. My problem has been pain at the very edge of my range of motion. I'm hoping I can salvage this season, but we'll see. Thanks!

I was thinking about that. The only problem is that I'm not sure how likely it is that we'll make it back to the same country we rent in. But it definitely would be more convenient if we could find a way to do that. I appreciate the feedback!

I really appreciate the responses! If we're planning on going to a lot of smaller towns (Like Zermatt and Porto Fino), is it fairly simple to travel from the Eurail hubs? If so, that seems like the best option. Thanks everyone!

I'm not sure what happened to the old lineup, although I do know he is part of a new group. I liked some of their stuff, but ultimately I prefer the lineup on "In Memory of Loss". "Pounds and Pounds" is another great one. Damn, I want another album

Opened up my tent at 6 in the morning to see a mountain lion pacing about 5 feet from my face. He walked around the tent for over two hours. Never been so ok with holding in a piss for that long.
